I would think that most/all Apple products and components are so small and high value that they ship by air freight, not by containers on ocean going ships. So the port congestion is not an issue for Apple.

i believe we had a shortage of 35,000 truck drivers last year. this is not just a glut, it is limited number of qualified drivers. why, i believe if you have taken drugs or have criminal record you cannot get truck drivers license. I expect restrictions on licenses will be adjusted in the future.
