I ran across the term 'aggressive exploration' a number of times in mining PRs today. I can't help but picture a geologist punching trees and yelling at rocks "Where's that m*****f***ing gold!"

In the wake of yesterday's minimally informative PR from Sandstorm Gold aka SSL about quarterly gold sales, we get another, much more effusive, about an increase in their credit facility to $350M. Hmmmm, wonder what they are planning?

Orestone Mining aka ORS has released the results of geophysics on their Captain proprty in northern BC, where they are looking for a copper/gold deposit akin to the one being mined at Mt. Milligan 30 km away. According to the interpretation, there is an intense resistivity low west of previous drilling which is a good indication of the type of sulphide mineralization they are looking for. Drilling on this new target will begin shortly.

I prefer ORS's approach to the breathless style adopted by the likes of NRN and GNG.
