Kemet Shares Rise After Acquisition Announcement

Shares of Kemet Corp. ( KEM) rose more than 12% to $25.80, continuing Monday's rally after the company said it is being acquired.

Taiwan-based electronic-components company Yageo Corp. ( YGEQF) has agreed to buy Kemet ( KEM) for about $1.8 billion including debt, at $27.20 a share in cash.

Was looking to re-enter HZO, but yesterdays huge earnings beat blew that out of the water. Maybe a positive sign for TWIN? I'm still under water there.
