Just internet chatter and maybe something WH was discussing. Not sure if this could even be done perhaps by an EO.

Who Knows I guess POTUS looking for ways to turn up the heat on China. What ever it takes is ok by me as they have been cheating for a long time. At least this is one option I never heard of or even expected.

Ha, maybe an unexpected consequence would be China companies then Buy US companies, then issue more shares of that company to raise capital.
