This website guides you through installing OS X Catalina in virtual box. Make sure you install virtual box extensions as well. If you get stuck at shelll> on first boot type, install.nsh

BE CAREFUL ABOUT CLICKING ANYWHERE ON THE PAGE. IT OPENS UP AD SITES WHICH LOOK SHADY, LIKE THEY WANT YOU TO INSTALL MALWARE. JUST CLOSE AND IGNORE. THE ONLY THING YOU SHOULD DOWNLOAD IS A ZIP OR RAR FILE WITH THE VMDK, VIRTUAL DISK IN IT. ANYTHING ELSE SHOULD BE DISCARDED.
