Yes Neal, they did beat J&J in court and should be accorded some credit. I am sure the company was instrumental but the true stars of that victory was the legal team hired by DECN. So I would give them credit for hiring the right legal team and very little else. They should have had the marketing team in place and the pipeline full and ready to go...yet, it appears we are 6 to 12 months away from any decent sales. Probably longer, if ever. They will pursue the patent infringement case in NV which may yield a substantial monetary reward but I expect J&J will drag that out another 3 or 4 years.

As for selling shares, the only shares (small amount) I sold were 5 years ago when they announced another reverse split. I then averaged down a few months ago and will be selling those shares into the next substantial pump. I am probably stuck with my original slug of shares for a few more years till they break even at a buck or till the company goes belly up or slips out the back door. Honestly Neal, you have always seemed like a decent fellow and I hope you do well here.
