AHT-A. I'll take some here @$21.50. Not as good a buy as you may have got. Still, at current higher price it still seems ok for me.

i have been unusually busy with pref stocks lately.

AHT-A has recovered to $24.75 from my january posting (that I am responding to). I sold a few recently. It was an unusual opportunity. Still a generous 8.6% yield.

Bought lots of Stag-C near $25 as it was introduced 3/16. A bit over $26 now.
Buying more STAG-B when under 25.

PBB creeping up slowly (PSEC debt with mandatory redemption).
PBB link

Sold almost all PEB-C at 26 +/-.

For those interested, nice pref stocks at par or less =
VER-F DLR-G AHT-A STAG-B PBB

My portfolio continues to be dividend oriented
pref 33%
util 6%
reit 50%
other 6%
cash 5%

up 6.5% YTD.
