It could be because UPS says they have finished up this phase of deployment.. But I think we can be encouraged that the tax credits have been kept in place, retroactively, for 2015, as well as being extended into 2016. If I'm not mistaken, if a customer makes an order before the end of the year, it would be eligible for 2015 tax credits, even if delivery takes place in 2016... So I'm wondering if we'll have a surprise announcement before the end of the year? Hawk
