I replaced my Vizio a couple of years ago after only a year and a bit. The picture quality was excellent, the sound quality was the worst I've ever experienced. It hurt my ears and I couldn't figure out how to attach my speakers to it. I couldn't stand it and hated to replace a relatively new TV simply because of ear-piercing sound. I replaced it with an LG. The LG has a great picture, super great sound at any volume, and several features to fiddle with to get it exactly to my liking. Not a smart TV, though.
