I sit corrected. I just assumed any other company may have income. Sxvp did announce, back in Oct 05, but made a vague comment about april 6 (0r 9th), I may be dyslectic... but then sprung it the first monday holiday after Christmas. Saying a future split will happen is one thing, putting a month and day in the sentence could be deceiving, by making shareholders think they may have months to play the stock. I SHOULD have seen the whole thing coming, as the parent company, Cali actually pulled the same thing before when cali was tddm or something.
