Both. The bad: It's debt. The warrants put a cap on it, should good news propel the stock. If it's really good news, the cap may not be there long. The good: they're a going concern for a while. If the next round of clinical results are anything less than darn good -- i.e. sufficient to genuinely support advancement and attract a partner -- take what you have left and run. I know I will. Thank god this was a little gambling position for me. Cheers, Tuck
