You've got one mention that totally disagrees with an earlier press release that said there would be 'no charges', and that the matter was over.

Big deal --- I expect this until the election is over.

It's a politically useful ambiguity.

And, I've already predicted here that --- after the election --- you will never hear of this matter again from Justice. There will be no charges.
