Jack any Opinions On Olin

I followed the company since 1978. It's a much changed, much misunderstood company. The company is shrinking and is transforming itself into the more faster growing specialty metals company. Although mostly thought of as a cyclical diversified chemical company company. IMO-This company has position itself to grow faster, and be less cyclical.

Well it's official BOA gets a cash but out bid 48.50. IFF the acquirer was a long ago nifty fifty. IFF has undergone a beating of this once high margined profit center. I'm glad It was a cash deal, but at the current price. IMO IFF looks like a tempting fallen angel.
