My response: Dear DLJDirect: I am STILL getting THE REQUESTED PAGE IS UNAVAILABLE, PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER. This is on the portfolio holdings page, balances AND MOST IMPORTANTLY the TRADING window. This is NOT fixed, and is totally unacceptable. Please take some of the millions of $ of our commissions and UPGRADE the system so it can handle what is NOW not unusual but AVERAGE volume. Thank you.
