I got so confused reading that article...with spin-offs and subsidiaries...etc... but here is an ominous quote.... "An Overland spokesman said one of the individuals behind the new beverage company is Dana C. Verrill, who bought 20 percent of Massimo's in 1994 after leaving Spectrum Information Technologies of Manhasset, N.Y., AMID SHAREHOLDER LAWSUITS." guess lawsuits and MDMI have a history together...somebody better notify the SEC...
