Supposedly, Joe P was in the same circle.
Either way, what GAAY, Frank Olsen and all those who conspired did was illegal.
They obviously saw the best investment returns by selling GAAY stock into the PRs. Those that 100% of the honest persons admit to fully reading as "GAAY owned it"
I have hard copies of every PR. Numerous ones CLEARLY state GAAY owns auction and bingo. Not a small %. And never mentioned anyone else as a minority or majority holder in these assets.
That is required by law and will be their downfall. Particularly Frank's. I'm mostly out with gains that turned into BIG losses, and would rather not get riled up about this BS again.
Just a reminder to anyone considering buying GAAY or QBID or anything else these thieves are associated with.

Anyone buying QBID is putting a LOT of unnecessary risk into their investing. Too many other real companies with real management that doesn't have such shady backgrounds and histories of screwing people.
