Yesterday, market players reeled from the news that there may be no gold whatsoever at Busang. ÿBre-X stock (BXM/TSE) was halted all day yesterday. Its closing value on Tuesday was $15.50.ÿ"If it opened today it would be trading at about $1," said Doug Leishman, a mining analyst at Yorkton Securities Inc. in Vancouver.

That's what I gather also.. The precious medal funds had their grey price set at $1.00 yesterday indirectly that would be the price you would be paying or selling it at if you redeamed them. My prediction would be that price, till news from the Stra drill results leak out and they will leak! Boy

In a December 16/96 issue of Business Week "The Mob on Wall Street" it tells me that any exchange even with best intentions can still have problems.Its regretable that sometimes these individuals prey on us,but I would still buy American Stocks. The Toronto Stock Exchange is a Very Creditible exchange.I see Bre-x as an exception an not the norm.

BRE-X PREDICTIONS? Just a 'hunch': Monday March 31st : low of $ 2.00 Friday April 4th : close of $ 4.50 After that : too far in the future to predict! Pierre PS - NO, I do not own any Bre-X nor will I be buying this week.
