AHP--buy/sell/hold? What is the fate of AHP with the likely sale of WLA to PFE?

looks like PFE will wind up paying $2B plus to AHP to get WLA but where does this leave AHP? Could Proctor Gamble still make a run at AHP alone? Who else is possible suitor?
Most important of all, is AHP good buy at low $40s?

opinions welcomed......Bill

Hello Henry and all;
Does anyone have an opinion on AHP vaccine Prevnar. Do you all think that this will be a good vaccine for children?
Do you think that Doctors will choose to give this vaccine?
Do you think Insurance companies will want to pay for this vaccine?

The reason I want to know is that I have a lot of stock in the company that is selling the supplies that will be used in the packing to keep this vaccine cold while it is being shipped.

Thanks

Looks like a possible breakout here. Given momentum of pharmas, looks promising.

DRMD vs AHP

DRMD is saying that it will take 1 to 3 years to come to trial. There is, however, the possibility for an out of court settlement which could occur at any time.
For the details of this litigation go to www.duramed.com, then click on 'news' then the story. Makes for some interesting reading.
