Look out for DIIG. The pattern suggest that they have not broken
out of their downtrend. Although the short term trend is up they may
sell off the top of the downtrend channel and head towards new lows.
However it has to bottom sometime. If they truly have turned things
around then I am sure the stock price will break out of the down
trend. I will try to look at their fundamentals later.

STBI on the other hand could be breaking out of an uptrend they
have been in since the first of the year. I will study it a little
more and get back to you on this one too.

Rosemary,

Look at GWRX--a blockbuster. More than six points in 2 days consecutively. The stock is hailed as a next generation MSFT (wireless platform). Look into it while it is still cheap.

On second thought AALR busted thorugh a double top instead of
a tripple top. I still see it as a strong pattern and after the recent
profit taking it could be ripe for buying. I am a little concerned over
the slow growth in sales volume even though their margins improved
dramatically over last year, probably due to lower chip prices.

AALR is into the higher end Intel based workstations of which I am
extremely impressed. They have dramatically reduced the cost of
workstations with no loss in performance. If we can get any word on
how they are doing in this region it could mean a big qtr coming.

Why is GWRX going up? Is its association with Nokia new? I can't find a reason. I'm not a person to invest in co's that stay in a loss position. I do that in Biotech only. Some go up based on rumor, is there a rumor circulating? Unless there is a good fundamental reason for its quick rise, it will be a great candidate for the shorts soon.

Rosemary,

Go check out Flextronics, FLEXF. Great story, great value. I have already
jumped in and will be looking for stabilization of recent events to really
load up.

Greg,

Why did it fall? Do you know the story behind that? I'm on my way to the Edgar's now.

Greg,

There was a curious statement from the CEO. What did he mean the co. will be "modestly profitable" in 1997? I thought they were profitable now. Did I miss something? IBD has them as an A co, Eps 96, strength 57. This all sounds good to me. It even went up today. I noticed they sell to Microsoft, and U.S. Robotics. Only 13m shares outstanding?

Have I missed anything? If so fill me in. Thanks, Rosemary
