Hello P.S.N.,

I haven't been able to get through to Medical Discoveries so far, but will let the thread know something once I get a chance to talk to management. The stock is down again today, and I don't know whether to suggest this as a buying opportunity or an avoid. I noticed that there is some chatter on the raging bull board. There is a poster there that is hinting towards some good news. You may want to read the MLSC board there, and in the meantime I'll keep trying to get through.

Best,
Cindy

Greetings P.S.N. and everyone following Medical Discoveries,

I was able to get through to Troy at Medical Discoveries and have information to share.
They have made a move to Salt Lake City and have set up office with the their new partners. The names and other details are not available at this time, but will be forthcoming in a news release that will be out very soon.

Medical Discoveries new phone number: (801) 463-9311

Medical Discoveries and their partners are diligently working towards developing MDI into a high cash flow company with their pipeline of InvisiScar, beauty masks, an as of yet unnamed acne product, and additional cosmeceutical pipelines being developed in Japan. Medical Discoveries new partners believe in the ultimate validity of the patent protected MDI-P, and have partnered and invested because of their belief in the core technologies and their potentials. The company is presently operating with the new money and new management, though everything hasn't been signed, sealed, delivered, and finalized. They are already up and running so as to capitolize on productivity while waiting for finalizations of agreements, and at present, both partners are teamed up in the same office.

I'm holding my long shares and will also be adding to my postion. Things look really good to me. Medical Discoveries is here to stay and they are working toward substantial cash flow and visibility. The patented technology in this company is especially valuable now in light of recent interest in water technology stocks, which I believe will be making waves in the investing world in the near term.

Good luck all, watch for news in the next little while.

Cindy

SHOOTING PENNY'S STOCK PICKS
PENNY PICK OF THE WEEK: MLSC

3/16/00 - MLSC

A Close friend of mine who is a pharmacist recently showed me a biotech company. After he and an intern working for him called the company and asked some technical questions, and then conferred with one of the interns professors, they believe the project has some real merit and a future. I have not passed this pick to any other web sites. Here is the info approved by the company to be released:

On 3/15/00 I spoke with Troy Fullmer From medical Discoveries Inc. He stated that he expected a press release in the near future to announce a joint venture to do further research into the company's MDI-P technology. He also stated they would announce a change in the management team. This technology has been tested at UCLA, and the Dana-Farber cancer institute which is an affiliate of Harvard Medical School. He stated the technology has been shown invitro trials to KILL THE HIV VIRUS, AND SHOW NO MORTALITY TO THE CELL IT IS IN. They are currently waiting for the final toxicology report to come back from the lab, but the preliminary report indicated what they expected. Once they receive the results, they need to do a chemical character study, and a microbiology study. Upon completion of this they can apply for FDA approval for human testing. Troy said all the work up to this point has been pointed to going before the FDA BOARD so they have been preparing for this all along. What impressed me the most is that they SHIP ALL WORK OUT TO DIFFERENT LABS so there can be NO BIAS in the work from them.

You can also join the Shooting Pennys free private penny stock email list and receive picks and tips by email at shootingpennys.com

They have created a new company called MDI health care systems, which markets the company's invisiscar, and acne products. If this company is a success it could possibly be a spin-off though no formal plans have been made yet according to Troy. There have been some false posts on the ragingbull message board about the company. It is not a one man company, and it is still very much a biotech company. Harvard, and the affiliate Dana Farber have both indicated an interest at leading the testing of the next phase (human), but at this time it is unclear where this work will be done. You can contact the company at 801-463-9311 that is the end of the approved info

In my opinion this is a great stock according to what I have been told by troy This reminds me alot of LORFF released at my site at .68 and has been as high as 6 1/8 at the time LORFF also appeared to be to good to be true at that price. From what I have heard 30% of Africa has HIV and large portions of the world have it, the market for this is huge. Some of the current AIDS treatments from what I have been told cost as much as 3k a month.

With this stock I intend to follow my usual investment strategy. This in my opinion is a stock to have a position in long term. Please do your own D&D. I really feel this is a $10 stock waiting to be discovered.

Here are a couple links where I found information on the company:

So are you going for the gusto with MLSC, P.S.N.?
I have always believed in this company and have held even during their darker hours. Shooting pennies has a good reputation from what I understand. Hope you were able to pick up some shares before this run! Wow is all I can say.

Goooooooooooo MLSC!!!

Still holding MLSC guys and gals. Maybe a mistake and in retrospect I should-a sold on the run, but I didn't suspect such a royal pump and dump. The shooting pennies exposure was good for investor awareness, but I don't like the way it was played as a pumper dumper. News should be forthcoming, but is taking longer than I expected. Maybe a good accumulation level here, but MLSC should still be considered risky and for speculative players only.

Best of luck,
Cindy

Howdy folks, MLSC Receives $500,000 in Funding.

I'm still holding my shares, and am still hoping that they get things going. More news and activity is much needed for us longs. MLSC states that funding is achieved because there is a fundamental belief in the possibility for
MDI-P, and while I share that belief, I think they better improve shareholder relations and launch a more effective investor relations campaign. People are left in the dark too much with this company and are losing faith and patience.

MDI Receives Funding to Continue Studies of MDI-P; Medical Discoveries, Inc. Signs Agreement with Peregrine Properties, LLC
SALT LAKE CITY, Nov. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Medical Discoveries, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MLSC - news) announced today that Peregrine Properties, LLC has agreed to provide $500,000 to fund critical testing and research steps necessary to continue development of MDI's primary product, an anti-viral (HIV/AIDS), anti-bacterial and anti-fungal drug named MDI-P.

Under terms of the agreement, MDI will continue to study the toxicology and chemistry of the drug and conduct laboratory and clinical studies of the drug's efficacy. The research activities will be directed by Dr. William J. Novick, MDI's Vice President and Chief Technical Officer. Upon completion of the studies, Peregrine Properties, LLC will receive 5.5 million shares of common stock and representation on MDI's Board of Directors in exchange for ownership of the studies and results.

Peregrine Properties is a Utah limited liability company organized in March, 1996. Peregrine Properties is a development company owned by J. Douglass Bowers and Carl R. Faulkner. The primary business activity of the company has been real estate development. According to Carl Faulkner, ``the investment in the research for MDI's continued development of MDI-P was made to facilitate the completion of the studies, unencumbered by any other pressures. We believe in the future of MDI and their products. We are convinced that the research studies will demonstrate the potential good of MDI-P for the world.''

Formed in 1991, Medical Discoveries, Inc. is a development-stage biopharmaceutical research company engaged in the research, development and validation of a new class of drugs, based upon the company's patented and proprietary electrolysis technologies. MDI is developing active anti-viral (HIV/AIDS), anti-bacterial and anti-fungal agents for a variety of applications.

Information in this press release relating to the potential of MDI-P constitutes forward-looking statements. Actual results in future periods may differ materially from the forward-looking statements because of a number of risks and uncertainties, including but not limited to the Company's unproved products, capital requirements, competition, and governmental regulation. Additional information about these and other factors that could affect the Company's business is set forth in the Company's 1999 Annual Report on Form 10-KSB and other filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

It's been quite an educational experience watching this the past couple years, and needless to say I am really glad that I didn't go long on this stock. It's still fun to watch though. Hope it does well for all who hold, but I think I'll continue to shun penny stocks.
