These products leverage the SPARC AI core technology and can operate without GPS, satellite, lidar, radar, laser, image recognition or any other complex and expensive hardware or software.
SPARC AI’s Target Acquisition System is covert and highly flexible software installed on any camera device for drones and large surveillance systems. Used for making tactical and mission critical decisions, the technology can determine the location and distance to any distant object, without connection to GPS.
SPARC AI’s Autonomous Flight Solution allows customers to deploy and fly drones autonomously using SPARC AI algorithms in GPS denied environments. The Company is also working on extending the capability for autonomous flight without a controller and connection to base.
The Company is pleased to announce that is also launching its consulting and integration services to support customers that wish to create a bespoke solution leveraging SPARC AI products in their critial missions. Customers will also have the option to use SPARC AI’s microchip integration service.

Equity.Guru Media will assist the Company with marketing and investor communication activities. Including CEO interviews and investor round table, editorials, and publication and distribution of news releases.
SPARC AI will provide compensation of $50,000 to Equity.Guru Media Inc for the 6-month term. This includes a $10,000 upfront fee and remaining balance of $40,000 on successful completion of a private placement by the company.
