To: tntpal who wrote (37942) | 9/26/2021 10:15:30 AM | From: sunabeach | | | No firm opinion (don't trade equities) either way but daily chart has momentum that is clearly bearish (also on weekly) though on the bullish side it has landed on 100% projection of prior large downswing, TD Buy Setup and True Strength Index turning up. R/R scenarios are kind of meaningless to me. The trade either does or not not make sense from a PA standpoint and is all that matters. This one, to me at least currently, is a coin flip, until at least indexes resume uptrend. Maybe it is a rotation play away from tech but FA, like stocks, is also not my thing.
YMMV

To: sunabeach who wrote (37940) | 9/26/2021 10:17:15 AM | From: roto | | | my heart's issues are hereditary.. my demon seed. I can run/ live healthy, but I cannot hide.
my family has all sorts of issues, they being older now. the odd thing, my family, immediate & extended, do not suffer from any heart disease. I'm the only one. my lifestyle/ diet has been healthy & my cholesterol anywhere 108- 160 the past umpteen yrs.
with my stent, I have a concoction of whatever and aspirin.. it is said to be taken for 1yr after my stent insertion. sometimes, this medicine is a bitch depending on my diet and/ or the timing of my meal.
I return to the States in a few weeks. My electrocardiogram is scheduled on Vet'sDay.. no discount. My 55yr old fatigue jacket still fits well. My only appearance issue.. gray hair.
as they say, shake a leg! |

To: tntpal who wrote (37942) | 9/26/2021 11:57:49 AM | From: Jacob Snyder | | | JNJ: Of it’s 3 divisions, the only one growing is pharma. There is a global movement by governments to force lower drug prices. This is happening in Europe and China, but not yet in the US. When it comes here (our version of Common Prosperity), JNJ will have a much lower PE than the current 25. I will wait to buy pharma till then. The timing on this is uncertain, but the trend is clear. The market is only starting to price this risk in. |

Two years ago I was very late in ordering, Last year they were much smaller than the first cloves.
I had bought some from Oregon and planted them in Wisconsin.
A friend like Musica, will try to find that.

From: ajtj99 | 9/26/2021 2:19:33 PM | | | | There are 154 Container Ships waiting to offload cargo to Ningbo and Shanghai ports.
yahoo.com
It's a combination of the prior closure in Yantian, chartered ships added to the trans-Pacific trade, and ships that were pulled from other trade lanes to take advantage of the outrageous rates for east-bound trans-Pacific container shipping. Also, the added ships are smaller, so the port productivity is sharply reduced.
I also noticed lots of 4th quarter items missing in Walmart yesterday. The toy department is thin, and they've started putting grocery and cleaning products in the power aisles where general merchandise would normally be this time of year. The end caps in the grocery department also looked like they were not what the planogram called for, possibly due to shortages. |

From: bull_dozer | 9/26/2021 5:55:51 PM | | | | Bitcoin Miners Eye Nuclear Power as Environmental Criticism Mounts
Bitcoin miners, under fire for their sizable environmental footprint, are forging partnerships with owners of struggling nuclear-power plants with electricity to spare.
The matchups have the potential to solve key issues facing each industry, executives and analysts say: Electricity-hungry bitcoin miners want stable and carbon-free power, while nuclear plants facing competition from cheaper power sources need new customers.
Talen Energy Corp. has entered into a joint venture with bitcoin-mining company TeraWulf Inc., which has started land development for a mining facility the size of four football fields next to its Pennsylvania nuclear plant. Nuclear generator Energy Harbor Corp. will provide power to a Standard Power mining center in Ohio starting in December.
“We are building demand adjacent to the existing nuclear plant,” said Talen Energy President Alex Hernandez, who heads the subsidiary jointly developing the mining project near the Susquehanna Steam Electric Station.
