Numbers much better than I expected. I thought covid bottle necks would hurt more. C.C. at 4:30. Should hear about the future with a direct address to shareholders. We shall see.

More rumored deals. PPS spike during after hours but since has retreated. I've been surfing the net for news all morning. Nothing yet. Maybe news after market opens?? I am still a buyer on the pullbacks. Let's see where we go from here. RDK

Allocation of capital indicates a MUCH higher PPS in the near future. Most likely right after the first of the year. High priced options and warrants go away. Once the PPS starts moving momo takes over. We will see AIRI valued at a 2-3 times revenue ratio. Take away or just reduce debt and we get a minimum $4-$6.00 PPS, imho. I am still adding on the pullbacks. RDK

I surf many stock boards/sites. I see where some information I give to friends or post here end up on several of those sites. So here is some info. direct from the company. Do what you will with it. AIRI is "cash flow positive". Any poster who posts about liquidation, bankruptcy, etc. is FULL OF SH*T. There has been NO serious offer brought to the company regarding a buyout. NONE. By law the company would have to acknowledge the offer. So anyone posting that nonsense is FOS. ALL contracts are "fully funded". And AIRI only shows the portion of the contract released. So backlog reflects future revenue. AND at an increasing profit margin. Overdue for delivery backlog is between 10-12%. Normally companies run at about 5%. This will be rectified by the end of the first qtr. Two new machines are in. One will be up and running in about two weeks. Maybe three. The other sometime early in the first qtr. Another top of the line machine is being negotiated for right now. Expect to here about that some time next year. Doubtful new contracts will be completed and signed until next year. We will be getting more work. Mgmt. is delivering as per comments made in their C.C.s More later. RDK

I have shared info I post here with others. So you will most likely see portions of what I post on other sites. During my last call to AIRI I asked the CFO to "reaffirm" comments made during the C.C.s. He did. Nothing has changed other than the PPS. I attribute the fall to year end tax planning. Sooo. No more shares will be issued. The new bank deal has put that to rest. Installation and negotiations for new machines are proceeding on schedule. Options and Warrants will be expiring soon. Anyone can check AIRI filings to see the exact timing on this. Taglich bros. are all in, 100%. Moving work "in house" is on schedule. Regulatory red tape is tedious but all is proceeding as planned. If not for covid bottlenecks Revs and Profits would be higher. *Maybe much higher. Anyone, and I mean anyone is invited to call the company and discuss anything of concern. I personally spoke with a Taglich brother. No insider info. I just asked for affirmation of the info in the C.C.s. If there are any questions on what I post I am open to discussion. For now I expect the gap at .80 to be filled. Like many others I am putting in bids daily. Maybe I will score some really cheap shares. Patience required. RDK

I've mentioned Revs and Profits in my last post. Without the bottlenecks caused by covid AIRI would be earning .03 minimum, per qtr. Small growth stocks often get a multiple of 30 or higher on earning. So AIRI will do a minimum of .12 per share times 30 again minimum, for a share price of $3.36 per share. Take note. AIRI was $3.36 prior to covid. It's entirely possible that they do .15 or higher next year. Do the math. RDK

More work coming in. Australia is dumping Air Bus contract for choppers and going with Lockheed Sikorsky. 40 in all, for now. More work for AIRI. I estimated contract will be announced in first qtr. Just a WAG. RDK
