Just the "futures" looked bleak, for many weeks

/RB down and why is Bitcoin /BTC zinging?

MSBI [I don't own it] but thanks to lack of help from younger brother and sister, with a couple signatures to back me up in court, a Trust Fund set aside for my daughter & I is looking just like this ...

Sold both SPXU and SRTY.
Entered SPXL as I expect "defense" against this drop to get some reinforcements.

SPXY entries 48.20 and 48.58.
SPX close back above the open = overnight hold with an eye on extended hrs.

Thoughts.
(captain's log)
So far in, the very early going of this pirate cruise, the opportunities given by the market have amounted to "swing trading"....a subset of short term position trading.
Appropriate "swing trade" bear entries at tops, will not be completely sold off at every "swing" down.
My overall outlook for quite some time to come is for downside pressure to dominate over upside pressure.
Therefore, swing trades targeting upward bounces will be sold off entirely unless the hand of God reaches down and changes my outlook.
And even that will be a tough sell.

Out SPXL at open (typo in ref - SPXY is SPXL oops).
I'll give the market about 5 hours to figure itself out today.

Back in SPXU and SRTY with a VIXM contingency if tomorrow's early going sees index upside.

Ho hum...Chinese trade talk news and computer trading algorithms.
I'll watch for an opportunity to add the contingency.

Took on a bit of water during the doldrums.
Bailed most out with long trades on stocks over at the Charts With an Attitude board last week.
Friday added a dash of VIXY to the party.
Under full sail now and I feel a breeze kicking up.

Considering Subject 59964 there may not be another bull market (and etc.) for quite some time.
