That was a reference to the magnetic excursion timing regarding the weakening of the magnetosphere. A terrestrial thing driven by the incoming galactic current sheet. The trend is well known and extrapolation is fairly simple.
Just one part of "all hell breaking loose".

Timing of the other "flip", crustal displacement, is a solar thing that depends on the density of dust brought into the solar system by the galactic current sheet. That density is increasing but the trend is not yet established. Also, the critical density of dust necessary to cause a micronova is not known.

However, it is expected that the magnetic polar excursion will peak as the micronova timeline reaches "critical dust".

It's not "alarming if you expect it.

insurancenewsnet.com

"U.S. carriers urgently need new solutions to tackle this growing problem before rising losses drive them out of insuring at-risk properties altogether.

The scale of hailstorm losses is staggering
Severe convective storms is the collective name for severe thunderstorms, including heavy rainfall, strong winds, hail and tornadoes. Although these storms are closely associated with the Great Plains and Midwest, in reality, they occur all over the U.S. The damage they cause has also been rising at an alarming rate.

Since 2000, SCS insured losses have grown at a compound annual growth rate of 9.6%. To put this in context, that’s more than double the CAGR of global insured loss from all perils, which was 4.3% over the same period."

"...was scheduled to have 1.5 million living there by 2030, but officials now expect less than 300,000 residents."
An 80% drop in publicly acknowledged expectations for such a huge project? Is this a nod to #depopulation expectations??

I wonder if this detail remains.

That's one possible reason. But 80%?? With prices currently pressured upward?
Seems like he's also fishing for a reason.
