I dunno but if you have room for a ground mount array with an option to change the angle to horizontal ( yes some have that capability ) then maybe that would be an option for you.

Also there are hurricane protection companies that have all types of gadgets like a wind mitigating screen you could cover or attach to hold the panels down. For example ...

Love it. That diner is just a few miles from me and last night on the local news they mentioned that so many peeps came they had to temporarily close cause they ran out of provisions .. lol.
