Thanks Doug....

I was hoping that by now some of the satellite networks + computing power, would be able to track cloud cover 24/7....Even just on a regional basis....

I would love to see stats on cloud cover / rainfall / soil moisture content...

My interest is in how much those variables/parameters add to cooling....

The World Health Organization has added another version of coronavirus to its list of “variants of interest” amid concerns that it may partially evade the immunity people have developed from past infection or vaccination.

As noted in The "Guardian".

Mu was derived from the Egyptian hieroglyphic symbol for Water.

The recent months' combined global effects of cyclically induced climate variability, (mostly extreme flooding -- Water) now include the aftereffects of Ida in, among other places, a highly influential section of the Northeast Corridor of the US.
The fires in California are also being played up.

And finally, The very form of the letter Mu symbolizes stability and inviolability, fencing, security (ie "guardian") -- (CLIMATE LOCKDOWNS ARE COMING) and the connection between the three states of being.

The Chinese character for “mu” symbolizes a Shaman who connects the heaven and earth.

Mu, the twelfth letter of the alphabet, represents the sacred number 40. This letter is associated with trees - the largest, most powerful and enduring representatives of the plant world. The tree is a symbol of the cosmic axis. It is a link connecting the underground, earth and heavenly worlds. Its roots grow underground - in the kingdom of Hades. It penetrates the surface of the earthly world, on which humanity lives, and then rushes upward, to the heaven(s).

I dunno but if you have room for a ground mount array with an option to change the angle to horizontal ( yes some have that capability ) then maybe that would be an option for you.

Also there are hurricane protection companies that have all types of gadgets like a wind mitigating screen you could cover or attach to hold the panels down. For example ...
