It’s officially an offence now to LEAVE England
"After four hours of debate yesterday in the House of Commons, the United Kingdom has approved an emergency measure that will, among other restrictions, fine Brits who LEAVE the country without a qualifying reason.

Ironically, the British government insists they can legally impose these new rules because of authority that was granted to them under a law called the Public Health Act… which just happened to be passed in… 1984."

Managing the Risks of Extreme Events and Disasters to Advance Climate Change Adaptation

Interesting IPCC study on, among other things, a scenario in which several major natural disasters occur across the world due to,,,ahem..."cliemate change".

"Neither disaster risk reduction nor climate change adaptation is as well integrated as they could be into current development policies and practices. Both climate change adaptation and disaster risk reduction might benefit from sharing of knowledge and experience in a mutually supportive and synergistic way. Climate change adaptation could be factored into all disaster risk management, and weather-related disasters are becoming an essential component of the adaptation agenda."

And we all know how well governments handle things. The following seems to assume an international governmental body - ie one-world govt.

"The public policy literature describes situations in which government intervention is justified to address market deficiencies and inefficiencies, a rationale that can also be applied to international interventions."

Another planet exhibiting behavior consistent with being affected by an outside influence.
Uranus is evidently ---- flaring.

Maybe we'll see Jupiter or Saturn prove the "proto-star" theory when the Parker instability reaches them next.

A good cherry blossom/GSM correlation.
I had noticed the early blooming prior to the peak but did not think to chart it at the time.

Global warmists count on nobody checking.
But if warming caused it then, it was warmer 800 years ago. Yet there was no global warming catastrophe back then due human produced CO2.
