Ahh, that makes much more sense. Thanks.

I've thought about the mega-fauna survivability issue.
I've also thought about periodicity possibilities in re the Parker Instability.

With a galaxy, we're talkin' Big.
A spiraling arm of electromagnetic instability may not swing around once every 12,800 yrs.
It may be l much, much longer time span.
But, WITHIN the arm, there could very plausibly be a series of "sheets" of polarity boundaries. Each separated by 12,000 yrs.
The paoleoclimatic record shows that this 12,800 yr periodicity is only relatively recent and has no explanation as to its onset or how long it may last. It was not happening during the time of the dinosaurs. Their demise was a different cosmic matter.

Mega-fauna - compared to the mammalian fossil record...after the number of 12,800 cycles seen so far, there's not many at all left.

From the SO video in the previous post, "...that's a wave frequency within the current flow."
This is relevant to R. Witszche's proposition that there are also resonant harmonics involved with a waxing and waning of energy within that flow. And that for our Sun, the current feeding it is on the waning side of that particular cycle. Leading to his further proposition that this waning will lead to a "low-glow" mode for the Sun in 2 to 3 more decades.

As RC sets up a branch office with S0, he astutely zeroes in on cosmic ray flux and its primary modulators.

The East Coast has some issues coming.
Engulfing DE on Friday.
This is a period in the sunspot cycle when East Coast hurricanes are more common.
Waters off the East Coast up past NY are very warm for this time of year.

The table below shows the near real-time and average water temperatures in degrees Fahrenheit (°F).
