Viral infection results in immunity through biological response. That's the way it works. It has never worked otherwise. It's chemistry. If they say about Covid19, "You can get it again"..... what is the "it" to which they are referring? It's certainly not a virus.
The "it" is more planned global waves of draconian measures instituted as a response to whatever "it" they choose to leverage.
Food shortages come to mind as an impending "it".
Tying the degree of flu mortality to "pollution", which now propagandistically includes CO2 and the invented human causation of "climate change" looks like another "it" in the works.

Koontz does good research for his books. Maybe he gets hints. Lots of pandemic scenarios have been written by lots of authors. Good research makes accurate scenario building a lot less random than the million monkees/Shakespeare thing. So I always try to keep that in mind when a movie or novel is found that "predicted" some event or another.

As more and more large meat processing plants close amid the nation’s coronavirus pandemic, farmers across the country are running out of physical space for their pigs.
With slaughterhouses shuttered, hog farms became so crowded this week that many farmers have been forced to start killing their pigs en masse, the United Press International reported Thursday.
"You reach a point where you have to make a decision on things," Preisler said. "And that's unfortunately where we're at right now."
Numerous farms have also started to go out of business as a result of the pandemic, noted Joseph Kerns, president of Kerns & Associates, a consulting firm specializing in livestock. He said it was too soon to predict how many will eventually close, but predicted it could be a huge number.

Shrimp hatcheries in China hit by ‘glass post-larvae’

Shrimp hatcheries in China are suffering heavy losses due to an outbreak of an as-yet-unidentified disease, referred to only as "glass post-larvae".
Mao Aitao, the head of the hatchery division at Zhanjiang Guolian Aquatic Products, told Undercurrent News the phenomenon typically afflicts larvas five to 10 days old, with the main symptom being post-larvae (PLs) become translucent before dying.
“This year, the phenomenon of glass post-larvae is nationwide; in northern China and Guangdong and Guangxi,” Mao told Undercurrent. "It is quite severe."
Several hatcheries in Guangdong have closed to carry out deep cleans, local media report, in one case more than once. One hatchery in Taishan reportedly lost 200 million PLs due to an outbreak of glass post-larvae before closing, said Mao.
“As far as I can tell, this situation is more serious for some individual companies than others,” he said. However, he said larger hatcheries are also being affected, despite implementing excellent standards of disease control.

Last week South China Morning Post reported mass mortalities at Chinese ponds due to decapod iridescent virus 1 (DIV1), known as shrimp hemocyte iridescent virus (SHIV) in shrimp.
Huang Jie, director-general of the Network of Aquaculture Centres in Asia-Pacific, told Undercurrent more needs to be done to investigate the cause of glass post-larvae at Chinese hatcheries, but that it is unlikely DIV1.
“Currently, we are not sure the causative agent for the 'glass post-larvae'. It seems to be different from DIV1 and needs to be investigated by scientists,” said Huang in an email.
Others note glass post-larvae could be caused by other pathogens, such as vibrio. According to Aquaculture Treasure, of hatcheries who've done polymerase chain reaction tests for the major viruses, some 70% came back negative, but the same report noted vibrio levels at one affected hatchery were "very high" (see photo).
According to a recent poll in the same publication of some 600 shrimp industry members in China, 30% of those polled think the outbreak of glass post-larvae is caused by vibrio, while 36% think it is a new disease or virus. 10% said they believe it is seawater contaminated by shellfish farmers.
DIV1 outbreak no worse than WSSVMeanwhile, Huang said the outbreak of DIV1 on vannamei shrimp farms in Guangdong reported by SCMP is less severe than the report claimed. More likely, the mortalities are caused by outbreaks of whitespot syndrome (WSSV) in the region, he said.
"The pathogenicity of DIV1 is not as strong as that of WSSV," said Huang. “Based on the surveillance data, it's estimated that the losses are not as large as those caused by WSSV,” he said.
