Worth a third opportunity.

Among the highest privacy concerns for some is the idea of becoming simply a target profile for cash by Facebook, Google, et al and the potential that blockchain might possibly counteract that current business model.

This report on the institutionalization of bitcoin is dated February 2019 and gives an indication of the groundswell occurring at that time. Much of the information is still current.

It's a 75 page report...easy to scan based on the table of contents and appendix.

a great application for a blockchain

Last week my daughter and I were watching/trading the new Trump media SPAC ..
And it got me thinking about how blockchain could be of benefit to political candidates ..
For lack of a better term .. consider "candidate coin" ..
Or specifically .. Biden Coin and/or Trump Coin etc etc ..
The coin "sponsor" would have to be the candidate or one of their PACs ..
and the candidate's legal team would have to navigate existing funding rules/laws ..
I can envision every Senator and Congress critter utilizing their own "branded" crypto ..

Standardize the specific features of each "candidate coin" as to ..

1) Max supply
2) POS
3) Initial distribution
4) % retained by the candidate's PAC

The market "price" of the coin would serve as a real time ..

1) Poll of the candidate's changing popularity
2) Campaign funding mechanism

I'm not in a position to pursue this idea ..
but this seems to me to be a pretty compelling use case for crypto ..

Triff ..
