I asked Microsoft's CoPilot that question... It replied with a lengthy discussion/description of Qualcomm chips, but I didn't see actual diagrams. Might be worth checking later. copilot.microsoft.com

I'm just wondering if Qualcomm's chip is similar to the Apple M series with neural processors and unified memory - as well as the CPU/GPU counts.
