I'm missing something here, so help me understand what, please.

We have the news that Endurance has sold some shares and will sell many more. I would have thought that this means that Endurance doesn't see much future in IVS, and that negative sentiment combined with the prospect of many more Endurance shares coming on offer would drive the SP down. But it's going up. I'm glad, but what am I missing?

Hi Erie ,

Stem will probably weigh in here but , Endurance SOLD ( not selling more , I think ) these shares at the same time as the "offering" . They were gobbled up quickly as were the extended "offering" shares . Good sign .

As to why Endurance sold , I think it was they need capital for their own mining efforts and saw an opportunity to sell a block at a fixed price . Can you imagine how long and at what price the 10 million shares Endurance had to sell if they tried to sell into the retail market ???

If mining results from Sudbury 2.0 are as good as "predicted" the stock should really take off .. ( we hope ) ... ;-)

I think what we are all missing is who bought it. I think the market may know, hence the rise in share price. Hopefully we find out soon.

And the follow on volume continues.....another 170K or so......

News, where is the news!

Be interesting to see just who this entity is that wanted in so bad.

Also, how high would the stock have climbed if all those shares were purchased in the "open" market?

Paladium.....Platinum.....Copper.....Gold.....

Well, this means who ever purchased those shares from EDG and rounded out the twice expanded offering....

It is not Eric Sprott.....Otherwise he would have been on that insiders report as he currently owns shares so had he added it would have been listed there along with Stephan and Rob.....
