Went back in May to get the place hurricane ready and went to Tampa-St.Pete to see the Dodgers play. I have a goal of seeing the Dodgers play in every major league baseball stadium. I have some years to accomplish this.
Going back to Florida in July for a week, taking a couple of granddaughters.
Raising money to fight cancer- in charge of this at our church.
Going to Vegas Oct 9. As soon as the NFL announce the schedule I bought tickets to see the Packers play the Raiders on Monday night football. I didn't hesitate.
Probably be back in Florida a couple of times before the end of the year. Got some things going on in Marco Island.
At the end of November 2022 I watched the UConn Huskies play a basketball game on television. They looked great. I immediately bet them at 30-1 to win the National Championship. It hit.
Life is decent. |

My wife and I just returned from Vegas. Went to the Packers-Raiders game in Allegiant Stadium. Great game and great time except the wrong team won. Raider fans were tremendous to be around. We were treated well.
Went the The Sphere and saw the presentation of Postcard From Earth. I recommend it.
Did well gambling. Have a bunch of future tickets involving sports betting. I like to make future bets in Vegas.
Going to Marco island on October 24 for a week. I am trying out for a softball league. Very good players. I played some pickup games with them last May.
My gall bladder becoming inflamed in early June. I had to wear a bag that was catching fluid from the gall bladder for a month Needle stuck in me all that time drawing the gall bladder. They took it out July 7 finally. So my softball and pickle ball playing was nonexistent for awhile.
Not really trading. Just having fun.
Gallbladder out on July 7 and flew to Marco on July 10 with two granddaughters and my wife. I toughed it out but it really did take a lot out of me for some reason. But I didn't want to disappoint my wife and granddaughters.
Still rooting for Hawkeyes. Can't score many points though. It is a struggle for them.
I hope you and everybody are doing great. |

I know Hawk fans want more offense but there are a lot of ways to win football games. Remember the 2000 Baltimore Ravens. Remember the Vikings with Joe Kapp and the Redskins with Billy Kilmer. They had ugly offenses that won games. |

From: hawkeyefan | 10/15/2023 9:08:05 AM | | | | I have thought this for a long time: when the SPX topped at a shade over 4800 it possible ended a BIG 3.
We are now in a BIG 4 that could last for years. Traders will get jerked around and it won't be fun. That is why I have not be trading much at all. We will see. Enjoy your life. |

On May 11 my wife and I saw The Rolling Stones at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. They were absolutely fabulous. |
