It's good to see zman back. I want to especially thank SI Ron for taking the time to understand this nuanced situation. That's why Silicon Investor is such a great place, a unique place, a special place.

Moderators or not, we are all guests here.

I'm wondering how the recent news of North Koreas successful test of a H bomb will affect the market. I suspect the futes will open down hard tonight-- could we see a replay of the election night sell-off?

Given that this news lines up exactly with Zman 9/4 cycle high, it could be the trigger for what the cycles were predicting already. TWT.

Housekeeping Note...

Rec's have now been turned off due to recent abuse of this feature by the addled brained cult-like followers of certain deplorables who are banned from posting on this thread.

H1, some of us are paid lifetime members....... we shelled out $200, back in the day when SI was a no Advertising website.... a number of the smartest folks in the business left when SI went back on their stated
mission statement of being an Ad free site.

And so we paid $200 to join this add free website and for the opportunity to provide analysis and insights so that the SI ownership can sell ads and make money off of us while now saddling the additional memberships that they gave out to paid members and the very early adopters with ads.....

I was given a second membership to give to a friend or relative to help smooth the uprising when ads were
implemented. I gave it to my Dad, and then there was another period where there was an outage and snafu and so members were given an additional membership to give to friends or family.

My dad has seen that he has been missing out by not following my writing on this thread as well as folks like Bob Furman Glenn Peterson, GZ, and a very large number of other posters. when He reactivated his membership.....low and behold.... there are ads on his viewer /user experience........

Possibly (Soup Nazi Ron) could get those ads removed from my dad's membership...........

his alias is " gone to money heaven" RON,

many thanks and SI is a special , very special place......

John

JP: I feel I must respond, briefly so as not to disrupt zman's site (a true market timer who has nothing to sell and beats the flimflam peddlers here 24/7/365). One of those you mentioned is not exactly who I had in mind with the "great place" thingy. I will leave it right there and ask zman's forgiveness for this transgression.

POOF!

okay. so zman caught the 8/8 high, the 8/21 low and the so-far 9/1 high. all clearly posted in advance with polarity. make that IN ADVANCE. no confirmation needed or just for the insiders or pastposted or any of that b.s. you see by the peddlers and flimflammers.

uhhhh ... and that was just recently.
