GF said they will only sell with the right deal which includes either ZEN retaining some ownership or first right to product. 6.no environmental issues with disposal of ZEN products 7. New sales guy working on getting our masks into the Canadian hospitals. 8. Some chart guy said the chart on ZEN is very bullish. 9.First Nation relationship is very good.
You would want level 2 market data and would have to make an estimate based off those numbers. If you’re interested in what happens when someone buys a lot of shares all at once, look no further than the pre-market a week or so after zentek went live on the nasdaq. Someone bought a lot of shares, algos had to cover, and the stock was up to 10-12$ at 4am.
Day dreaming this past weekend about ZEN. Re-watched the GF interview as well as the Open House interviews. Noticed whenever management spoke of the HVAC opportunity their faces lit up and they got emotionally excited. When GF said Dr Lebbin said he has never seen a product as good as ZENs, well that is huge and very telling. I believe ZEN management is supremely confidant of phase 2 success and is planning as fast as they can to get their ducks in a row to get this business off to a fast start.
GF said ZEN was in talks with HVAC companies and some of the names will amaze us. Doing some dd on HVAC filter manufactures 3M & HoneyWell are the two big names most have heard of. After that I have never heard of the rest and their are many.
With a 3 year minimum exclusive deal with the Canadian Government, ZEN will be in the drivers seat in any negotiations with filter companies. So ZEN has the pick of the litter so to speak. And just think of the opportunity in the private sector.
The market in the US is about 10 times bigger. I based that on the population difference. Now will Canadian approval of ZENGuard on HVAC filters be rubber stamped in the US or will the US have to do their own testing like the masks? Dr Lebbin has US contacts and has worked at KSU so is well known in the States. Will this make a difference?
Finally who ever ZEN partners with, I surely hope they "HAVE" to use the ZENGuard name on the product to build our brand. Their will be a day when a competitor arrives on the scene to give us battle. If ZEN partners are using their company name minus ZENGuard they can simply drop in the competitors product and keep on going. Not nearly so easy if they have to replace the ZENGuard name. JMO
