From the CEO Board. Can anyone put this statement into perspective? Not sure what the "10% to pass" actually means. -- Steakhouse

@johnnytickets FYI phase two testing for HVAC only needs only 10% to pass, same criteria as phase 1. You can understand why greg was really excited to talk about HVAC.

Was wondering about that too... I have asked him if he can explain.

Think the "bar" is low. Only have to show that viable virus is reduced by at least 10% compared to non-treated filters (or maybe non-filtered) Very low bar for Zen.

Upticks response from the CEO Board - Steakhouse

@Upticks I’ll give this shot from my conversation, they are increasing the viral and pathogen loads significantly, if our filters “clears the air” 10% better then the start out position we’re deemed successful, but I have a feeling(as do others, significant others) that we will outperform the 10% passing grade. Hopefully now everyone is getting a grasp on why the ‘new bb posters’(plants) are firing up so much BS, the boss(Kassam the puke) must be shitting his drawers. ZEN is steps away from a MAJOR BREAKOUT. It’s so nice to be a long, large share holder :)

As much as it pains me to say this the shorts aren’t fools. They see what we see from yesterday’s grand opening. They have reduced their load profitably and probably would have reduced at a much more accelerated pace, but they underestimated Zen’s shareholder loyalty. Our long experience with this company means almost ALL of us have tight hands with our Zen shares. So, they are still playing the game, but they know the outcome for Zen, so at this point their objective is to gradually reduce their position as timelines permit, and they are staking their claim to knowing a little bit more about these timelines than we do.

Bravo indeed... When you stop and think about it, it is really mind blowingly phenomenal what this very small team of an 'ex'-mining company has been able to accomplish. Not only did they mange to 'keep the lights on' during COVID-19, they excelled in an extraordinary way by inventing and bringing to market revolutionary products that if used will lead to a massive reduction of the transmission of airborne pathogens... Truly remarkable!.. And that is only ZENGuard, one of a number of revolutionary graphene-based products in the development pipeline.

I spoke with Greg Fenton yesterday regarding the HVAC Phase 2 testing to try and determine how far into this phase of testing we are. The only answer he could give me is that we are not yet half way through it. He did say that there is an impressive list of well known manufacturers and companies interested in our coating. Many recognizable company names. Even though the market for masks/PPE will be BIG, the market for HVAC with our coating is going to be MUCH BIGGER (my words not his).

If 3M ends up being a company we partner with the HVAC filters, can you imagine what that will do for our stock price. They are the ultimate 1000 pound gorilla in the HVAC filter space. A whole line of 3M HVAC filters with ZENGuard. OMG "We would need a bigger boat".

Benton - My guess is GF is talking about 10 Billion masks a year. 800 million mask equivalent a month is 9.6 Billion masks a year - so in line with what we've consistently heard.
