I'll find out tomorrow how it looks, etc when it's set up. It arrived a couple days later than promised, but this being Christmas season, I give them a pass. It's just a TV, not a critical item.

After set-up: Immediate impressions - the sound was stunning - best I have ever heard from a TV by far, so was the 4K picture, when I found some 4K content (Youtube) to display. Sharp and gorgeous picture.

Problem was the regular cable signal (from a digital Comcast cable box), which is the majority of the content I get (I still have the cord). It looked worse than any TV I've had in 20 years! Edges were soft and hazy. I thought Samsung compromised to get you a 4K set, but then I thought it was because I had routed the cables through an old VHS/DVD player. So I took that out and went directly from the box to the TV. No improvement. Went to Google - found that I needed to use the HDMI out of the cable box, not the analog cable signal selection. I should have thought of that earlier. Google again to the rescue. -g-

Problem solved. You have to make sure you select the HDMI input source for watching regular TV, NOT the antenna/cable selection.

The TV is noticeably smaller than the one that was in there before, but when you go large with these 4Ks, expect to pay over $1000.00. That was not something I wanted to do given that I don't watch TV as much anymore. So, I got the smallest one they offered, a 40 inch. I went down in size but way up in quality. A happy trade off.

Rating so far, 4.5 stars out of 5.

I gave up on winter tires when I bought a set of Nokian All Season Tires (Made in Finland), all season rated for ice and snow. At the time they were the only tires rated for winter and summer driving and they do a great job. I have them on my Subaru and I love them. No more changing to winter tires, see the video, its good info.

Another good brand is Hancook tires.

I have them on my Subaru and I love them.
Someone told me that with Subaru's, if you have to replace a single tire, you should replace all four tires. That could be an expensive proposition. Is there any truth to this?
