Sorry if missed something but why is there such little to no activity on this board?
I am heavily invested in CEF’s and would love to share with others and learn from others.

Same here but it appears no one is interested. Too bad.

OK, I'll bite, sucker for lost causes that I am.

I see a lot of chatter on KMI with its chances for about 5% appreciation.

A better choice, IMO is TYG : much better yield, better diversified, deeply discounted now, no K-1 hassles at tax time, and strongly appreciating NAV.

I also recently bought an opening position in BANX: 10% yield, 12% discount and slowly climbing NAV.

Interesting post and thanks. However, fwiw KMI does not issue a K-1.
