Looking forward to seeing progress toward getting Concerned Shareholders involved in the process Mark at IKN is proposing concerning the activities of DB and his gang. Go IKN and CS!

I am a large shareholder and at least demand public answers to Mark's concerns. Although, I sometimes disagree with Mark on how he communicates his disagreements with others, I definitely appreciate the work he has done. My shares will be voted with other concerned shareholders unless Mark's accusations are proven largely incorrect. Putting Minera aside, I do hope what is happening with here catches on in other similar situations. Lastly, if some money is needed for lawyers or whatever I would gladly help out.

Hi all,
What will happen to shareholders owning... London-listed MINERA IRL shares?
Thanks in advance ;)

Hi Everyone,

Fellow MIRL CS here. First of all, thank-you to Mark for doing this.

I don't really care if management has hired cronies or not, I just want a more committed hard working smart management team. For US$500k salary and perks, we can get two qualified executives who are more capable and will work harder. Further Diego is getting on with age, and to a run a company properly it is a 50-60 hour a week commitment. Need some slightly younger blood with experience in mine construction, one of the hardest things to do on earth.

In terms of any legal or press release fees, I am happy to contribute $500 towards the cause.

P.S. Regarding question about UK shareholders...nothing should happen to them. It is odd for such a small company to be listed on 3 exchanges, but at least 2 of them, the CNSX and the Peru stock exchange are very low cost, so I imagine it makes perfect sense to retain the UK listing, especially given the history of the company. Perfectly happy with the CNSX, actually more happy with CNSX than the TSX or TSX-V.

Alex Black would be the perfect fit for MIRL. Experienced mine-builder, based in Lima, immediately ready with his team, looking for a dance-partner. Well connected.
Underground mining though.

I hope he is one of the candidates. Bring in an engineer who likes to execute and deliver.

One big concern I have is how community relations with Ollachea are affected. It seems to me that Benavides has a lot of support there.
