he's equating "tested" with stack test -- nothing says that it needs a formal stack test from CRA. In fact, the language he quotes suggest that it can be self tested "using EPA methods"
If they do 3 tests on 3 machines, that's fine. Who cares? It doesn't invalidate the stack tests because it doesn't say anything about a formal stack test. Looks more like a self-administered progress report which is normal and a far cry from "fines and shutdowns" as was orignally falsely insisted by SteveF. |

Legal to ship. Not legal to operate. Had to be totally stripped and redesigned except for the drum. It had to conform to the SCALEABLE model from the coffee-maker sized model to the 1 ton sized model. They built the 1 ton unit by the way from SCRATCH.
Interesting that nobody has a conspiracy about where the 1 ton unit came from and why it scales from the unit they made from scratch to the 20 ton unit. |

Better question. If this laughable conspiracy theory even had an iota of truth to it, then how come John was able to build a 1 ton processor from scratch before he even got anything from China yet the process scales from the 1 ton he made to the 20 ton he supposedly bought from China?
Obviously he had to design the 20 ton in the same way he did the 1 ton. |
