Speaking of which, mine is the same as Lisa Su's.

So maybe it was a destiny for me to come back to be an AMD investor...

PS: Lisa Su is a Scorpio, whatever that means... Will come back at you with a big sting...

So I came across the source of the story about overclocked Alder Lake overclocked to 5.3 GHz on all big cores The power consumption at 400W

Small cores were turned off, so if those were on, it would be even higher.

Hard to believe:

AMD Market Cap: 145b
Intel Market Cap: 200b

And if Xilinx is approved, AMD could catch up

What happens if China decides to move on Taiwan? Every tech stock I own depends on TSMC...

Which is why TSMC should have some extreme pressure put on them to "copy exact" around the globe ASAP.

True dat. But, the path to China supremacy goes through so many place that have been supportive of Taiwan and TSMC that are deep and wide. Dictators lie to themselves and reach the conclusion that they are the only one that can lead the peoples to the promised land. Or, they are just desperately clinging to power and use that argument.

Light is the best disinfectant.

This is most likely going to be the (killer) Instinct announcement event. BTW, there is some speculation going on about its performance.

First the name of the top chip may be MI250, and it may have all 3 of the below:
- doubling size (2 interconnected die)
- increased clock speed
- architectural improvements.

PS: also EPYC innovations?

In case anyone is interested, XLNX/AMD has been diverging back away from the 1.72 acquisition ratio... Down to 1.43 from 1.50.
