Lamperd Less Lethal Fills 1st Order for Canadian Tactical Officers Association Training Courses

SARNIA, Ontario, Oct. 26, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK:LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions, has filled the first of ongoing product orders under a new, exclusive agreement with the Canadian Tactical Officers Association (CTOA). This first order was used last week for a CTOA conference and training course in Brockville, Ontario at the extensive Reticle Range and Training facility. Police and other law enforcement personnel from many different agencies were in attendance to train on some of the newest equipment and tactics. Lamperd's latest distraction device grenades were showcased as well as munitions including Safety SOC, WASP and distraction types as well as information on Lamperd 37mm & 40mm rounds.

Lamperd Less Lethal was represented by Defense Optics Group, one of our most important distributors. At the conference attendees were given live fire introductions to new Lamperd products including the company's Super-Duty Flash Bang Grenade which produces heavy concussion, a brilliant flash and a very loud report to cause extreme disorientation. Officers were very impressed with the features of this new device such as its non-rolling design to ensure it stays where it lands, thereby minimizing collateral issues or potential fire hazards. The Lamperd Super-Duty Flash Bang was considered the most useful and formidable distraction device available.

Another new product presented was the Lamperd Throwaway Pepper Spray Grenade which is made only of lightweight plastic and aluminum, leaving no significant debris after detonation to be used against officers as a weapon of opportunity. This version is a hand-thrown device, not requiring a launcher and is fully disposable to provide a lower cost per unit. Overall, the CTOA training event was extremely successful and Lamperd is expecting increasing product orders as a result.

Lamperd Less Lethal Issues Letter to Shareholders on Company Progress and Plans for 2018

SARNIA, Ontario, Jan. 03, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK:LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and other users worldwide, today issues the following letter from company CEO Barry Lamperd.

Dear LLLI Shareholders:

Lamperd Less Lethal made great progress over the past year as the need for more advanced security products and solutions has continued to grow in response to rising global tensions. Our design and manufacturing teams have developed and perfected some of the most useful and safest new less lethal products which are unmatched by any other company in the security products marketplace today. The newest products include an Aerial Burst Pepper Spray Grenade which will control everyone within 200 square feet for up to 20 minutes. To our knowledge, there is not another product like this anywhere in the world. We have also worked hard to significantly expand our marketing capabilities in order to be able to sell and ship to buyers in any NATO country. Further, Lamperd is proud to state that in the entire history of our company, zero fatalities have resulted from the use of our products.

At this time, I am pleased to report that Lamperd Less Lethal has new sales representation in the major marketplace of the United States. This representation includes our U.S. based distributors Advantage Ammo & Powders ( globenewswire.com ) and its partner company, American Reserve Munitions or ARM ( globenewswire.com ) which will both be exhibiting the latest Lamperd products at The SHOT Show, the largest exhibition of shooting products in the world, held January 23-26th at the Sands Expo Center in Las Vegas, NV, USA. We are currently preparing for the first orders from this U.S. sales channel as a result of our U.S. distributors’ efforts beginning in January.

In Canada, Lamperd has a new opportunity with a very large sales company which requested detailed product information and quotations that we have provided to them through one of our Canadian distributors. In June, 2017 we were contacted by this sales company and told that if Lamperd would get its 12 Gauge WASP, SOC and distraction rounds approved for retail sale to the general public, for bear and other animal controls, they would order and sell these products on a large scale. The necessary approval has now been obtained from the Canadian Government. As a result, we are anticipating initial retail orders from this company in the first quarter of 2018 which should be of significant quantity and value.

Additionally, I would like to announce that Lamperd Less Lethal has been invited to submit an official response to a pre-qualification process towards becoming an authorized supplier of law enforcement products to the United Kingdom. We have been working on this approval process for an extended time which included the completion and submission of very detailed studies on the effects of our products in real use applications. Lamperd Less Lethal is one of only a few companies in the world which has been able to compile and submit this required documentation for the pre-qualification process of the U.K.

Also on the intercontinental front, Lamperd has a dedicated sales agent who has been meeting with high level government officials in the Republic of Turkey for the past several months. Our agent has been making considerable progress towards a high value contract agreement for sub-licensing and joint R&D/manufacturing of the Lamperd product line in Turkey. The products would be designated for use by Turkish government forces as well as for export to buyers in Central and Far East Asia, Europe, South Korea, the Middle East and Africa. A large exhibition of less lethal technologies is being organized for this marketplace so Lamperds’ current involvement is very timely and appropriate. Also, there is a marketing advantage for Lamperd in the new Canada-Turkey Free Trade Agreement of 2018.

As we enter the new year, our dedicated team at Lamperd Less Lethal is extremely optimistic that 2018 will reflect the fruits of all the groundwork we have laid to build a successful company which will help bring greater safety and security to the world as well as prosperity to our investors.

I WOULD LIKE TO WISH EVERYONE A HAPPY AND PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR!

Sincerely,

Barry Lamperd, CHM/CEO

Lamperd Less Lethal's Pepper Blast is an Effective Solution to Active Shooter Situations Without the Use of Deadly Force

Safe But Powerful Pepper Effect Can Incapacitate a Shooter with Severe Respiratory and Visual Distress, Does Not Require Any Careful Aiming

Sarnia, Ontario (FSCwire) - Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and other users worldwide, has available an effective product to counter an active shooter in schools or other situations as we have tragically seen in the news recently. This product is called Pepper Blast and it has the ability to instantly incapacitate an active shooter with severe respiratory distress and impairment of vision for up to 10 minutes without the risks of using deadly force. The effects of Pepper Blast have multiple benefits. Pepper Blast dramatically reduces or prevents any accurate targeting by the shooter, gives students time to get away, and can also give school officials the opportunity to subdue the shooter.

Lamperd Less Lethal's Pepper Blast, unlike pepper spray devices, does not need to be carefully aimed but only thrown in the vicinity of the shooter. Once Pepper Blast discharges, the shooter is instantly enveloped in a cloud of powerful but harmless pepper mist that will result in the shooter's serious respiratory and visual impairment. Since Pepper Blast is not a deadly force measure, it can be safely carried by trained teachers and other school officials. Pepper Blast does not release any harmful fragments upon discharge since the casing which ruptures is made only of soft plastic. The device can also be used as an area denial tactic to keep a shooter away from specific locations.

Lamperd Less Lethal has had the Pepper Blast device in the company's product line for some time but current events involving active shooters taking innocent lives make it imperative that we make an additional effort to draw attention to this simple, safe and effective counter-measure. Detailed specifications, photos and a demonstration video of Pepper Blast can be seen on the Lamperd Less Lethal website at lamperdlesslethal.com. We ask that serious consideration be given to employing the Lamperd Pepper Blast solution which can save innocent lives in the future. Please contact us via sales@lamperdlesslethal.com for further information on this product as well as training for appropriate use. We will help in every way that we can.

Lamperd Less Lethal Announces New Assembly Facility in Pittsburgh for Pepper Blast to Counter Active Shooter and Aggressive Animal Situations

Strong Response and Initial Orders to Product Introduction for School Safety and Humane Protection Against Aggressive Animals

SARNIA, Ontario - (NewMediaWire) - March 13, 2018 - Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and other users worldwide, is now making efforts to help open a new Pittsburgh assembly facility in response to strong interest in the U.S. and the first purchase orders for its new Pepper Blast product. Pepper Blast is an easy to use, OC pepper compound dispenser that can immediately incapacitate an active shooter with severe respiratory distress and impairment of vision for up to 10 minutes without the risks of using deadly force. For this reason, it offers a solution to the major issue of school shooting events as have tragically been in the news. Pepper Blast also has an ideal application as a humane protection measure in the great many situations involving aggressive dogs or other animals that police, animal control and other professionals face on a regular basis. Unlike common pepper spray devices, Pepper Blast does not need to be carefully aimed but only thrown in the vicinity of the threat where it instantly disburses a powerful but harmless cloud of pepper irritant over a 20-foot radius without releasing any harmful fragments.

The new assembly facility for Pepper Blast, to be located in Pittsburgh, is being planned to open in the first half of 2018 so that Lamperd will be able to easily supply large numbers of these units to customers throughout the United States. The facility will be operated under the authority of E.J.C. Security Services, Inc. which specializes in "Use of Force Management and Training" and has been working together with Lamperd Less Lethal for over 20 years providing highly accredited training functions on the company’s products worldwide. E.J.C. management may be contacted directly by phone at (412) 855-7964 or email to bullitt67@verizon.net.

Barry Lamperd, CEO of Lamperd Less Lethal, stated, "The response we have been receiving to our Pepper Blast product has indicated that this will be a very important area of focus in 2018 and beyond. The vital issue of protecting students in schools from the threat of active shooters is something we want to do everything in our power to help resolve. Lamperd's Pepper Blast product may be the best solution to this issue as it can quickly and effectively counter a shooting situation without having to resort to arming teachers with guns or putting limited numbers of very expensive armed guards into our schools. We believe every teacher and school official should have simple training and ready access to Pepper Blast so that any one of them will be in a position to stop or greatly diminish the threat of an active shooter wherever the need arises and be able to save lives. Additionally, we have been receiving strong interest in Pepper Blast from professionals who must face the threat of aggressive dogs or other animals on a regular basis. Pepper Blast is also an ideal measure to deal with this widespread issue as it will frighten off or remove the aggression from the animal without having to resort to the use of deadly force. Most police, animal control and other field professionals do not want to kill dogs or other animals unnecessarily and we have been receiving feedback that they would welcome Pepper Blast as a humane protection measure to have available. For both the school security and aggressive animal roles, we foresee a very large demand for the Lamperd Pepper Blast product in Canada, the U.S. and many other countries around the world."

Lamperd Less Lethal Gains New Police Services Clients and Signs New Distributor for Wildlife Control; Initial Orders Received From All

Pepper Blast Program for Active Shooters Advances On-Track

SARNIA, ONTARIO, May 07, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and other users worldwide, has begun working with four new police services clients in Canada since January of this year to supply products and services on an ongoing basis. The new clients have already started placing orders for our ammunition and distraction devices which they consider to be of the highest quality in terms of versatility, reliability, manufacturing methods and cost effectiveness. Lamperd Less Lethal is committed to supporting police services and all its clients in every way possible. Because of non-disclosure requirements, details on the exact types and quantities of products for the new police services clients cannot be released.

Additionally, in March of this year a new distributor agreement was signed with Kodiak Wildlife Products, Inc. of Canmore, Alberta, Canada for sales of the full Lamperd product line. The first order from Kodiak, for Lamperd distraction rounds to be sold to the general public, has already been booked and shipped. Last week Kodiak reported that customers were giving extremely positive feedback on the Lamperd 12 gauge distraction rounds for use as a humane method of bear control and had actually sold out the first shipment Lamperd made to them. Lamperd is now working to fill two new purchase orders from Kodiak for this product which are planned for delivery within the month of May. Kodiak also supplies products to various police services and Lamperd expects additional purchase orders from them in this capacity as well.

On Lamperd’s Pepper Blast program to address the threat of active shooters in schools and other public places, our VP of Training, Dr. Ed Bogats, Jr., has successfully completed his April training course and is currently preparing for his May schedule. Dr. Bogats, has now certified 15 new instructors from 9 different police agencies in the use of Lamperd products as counter-measures to active shooters. These instructors will introduce the products along with training to their respective school districts, when approved, so that teachers and school staff can use them to disable a shooter without the risks of employing guns or other deadly force measures. Lamperd is currently preparing for production and distribution of Pepper Blast to schools and other facilities throughout the U.S. and other countries.

New Orders and Clients Reported by Lamperd Less Lethal
Baystreet Staff - Monday, May 07, 2018
LINK:
baystreet.ca

According to Lamperd Less Lethal (OTCPK:LLLI), 2018 is getting started on the right foot. The Sarnia, Ontario-based company has collected a host of new Canadian customers, with all of them placing orders for Lamperd's advanced less lethal weapons.

Management says that it began in January working with four new police services clients in Canada to supply products and services on an ongoing basis. These clients have ordered Lamperd ammunition and distraction devices, although confidentiality clauses keep the company from disclosing any details about the orders.

Lamperd product lines include more than 300 different types of products, including small and large caliber projectile guns, pepper spray and flash grenades, riot shields and more.

In March, Kodiak Wildlife Products of Canmore, Alberta signed on as a new distributor of Lamperd products. Kodiak's first order of distraction products, which are being sold to the general public, has already been filled. Kodiak informed Lamperd that reception to the products has been positive, including selling out of 12-gauge distraction rounds used in bear control.

Lamperd is working to fill two new orders for the rounds, with expectations of delivery later this month. Kodiak also caters to the police market and Lamperd expects to see orders on that front soon too.

The company is also looking to service the school market with its "Pepper Blast" program, which it touts as a means to disable a shooter without utilizing guns or other means of deadly force should the unfortunate situation arise in a school or a similar environment.

Dr. Ed Bogats, Lamperd's VP of Training, has been certifying new instructors from police agencies on the company's counter-measure to active shooters designed to severely impair the shooter's eyes and respiratory system for up to 10 minutes. Lamperd says it is gearing up for production and distribution of Pepper Blast to schools and other domestic and international facilities. Investors are moving cautiously, but have edged shares of LLLI ahead by about 1% to 1.3 cents in Monday trading with about two hours left in the day.

With 106.56 million shares outstanding, according to QuoteMedia data, that works out to a market capitalization of just under $1.4 million
