Lamperd Less Lethal Issues Update on International Marketing Agreement with Gokser Makine Sanayi and Other New Clients

Follow-Up Orders Being Received and Training Programs Being Expanded; Canadian Government Recognizes Lamperd for Achievements and Experience

SARNIA, Ontario, Aug. 08, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and other users worldwide, today issues the following letter to shareholders from CEO Barry Lamperd.

Dear LLLI Shareholders:

Our company management has been extremely busy in 2018 and has made very important progress on multiple fronts. We recently returned from the SEDEC Security Expo in Ankara, Turkey where we signed a wide-ranging international marketing agreement with Gokser Makine Sanayi or Gokser Machine Energy, a major aerospace and defense company serving the Republic of Turkey and many other countries. Gokser's CEO, Ms. Hilal Unal Turkan, extended every consideration to the Lamperd team during our visit to further our new joint marketing relationship. Notably, our international sales representative, Amer Ebied, was invited to remain in Turkey for 10 days after the closing of SEDEC to help work on the Gokser marketing campaign and plans for the licensed manufacture of Lamperd products at Gokser's facilities in Turkey. I would like to also point out that because of Lamperd's well-recognized expertise and long standing experience in the field of less lethal technologies, we were the only company invited to speak on this important topic at the SEDEC keynote forum. As a result of our very successful presentations, meetings and new joint marketing agreement with Gokser, we are now in the best position we have ever been to fulfill the less lethal product and training needs of government and private customers throughout Europe and Asia.

On the home front, Lamperd has had other positive developments recently. The company has been receiving repeat product orders from new customers including Kodiak Wildlife Products and several new police services clients in Canada. We have also expanded our sales network with new distributors in Canada and the United States. These new distributors include CDN Gunworx (www.cdngunworx.ca) and Security PRO USA (www.securityprousa.com). Furthermore, our U.S. Distributor American Reserve Munitions (www.armunitions.com) has been granted approval from the U.S. Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives for the shipment of important Lamperd products into the U.S. for required testing and certification to permit sales to U.S. customers. This is a very significant development in ARM's ability to market and deliver these products to U.S. buyers.

Additionally, our VP of Training, Dr. Ed Bogats, Jr., PhD, is conducting a heavy schedule of courses in the Pittsburgh, PA area over the July-August time frame. This training is for law enforcement officers only and is focused on Crowd/Riot Control and Public Order using Lamperd's 12 Gauge and 37MM weapon systems, Interlocking Riot Shields, OC Aerial Bursts, OC Pepper Blast Units and 12 Gauge Distraction Rounds. Agency Instructors are being trained in crowd management when responding to protests and civil disorder. We are pleased to report that all of Dr. Bogats' courses have been filled to capacity with over 50 officers participating in the current program.

I would also like to mention that on July 17th I was invited to attend and speak at an important roundtable event on trade and tariffs hosted by Canadian Member of Parliament Marilyn Gladu. At this event we discussed key issues regarding the import and export of Canadian goods to the United States and other countries. MP Gladu has previously expressed her great appreciation to Lamperd Less Lethal for our long-standing work in providing safe and effective security solutions to assist peacekeepers on every level in Canada and abroad. Her letter of endorsement may be viewed on our company website at lamperdlesslethal.com.

In closing, let me say that our entire team at Lamperd Less Lethal is committed to fully developing all of the many avenues for the worldwide marketing of our product line and providing all the necessary training to ensure its safe and effective use in every type of situation. We are still very concerned about the threat of active shooters in schools and other public places and intend to do everything in our power to provide real solutions where they are needed to counter this very serious threat. We will work wholeheartedly with all of our marketing partners to ensure that Lamperd Less Lethal products are deployed to police, military and other users to maintain public order and prevent the needless loss of lives.

Sincerely,

Barry Lamperd, CEO

Throughout the training courses Lamperd specialty equipment was used exclusively. Our interlocking Riot Shields were a large part of the training accompanied by the 37mm Less Lethal Launcher and a variety of less lethal munitions varying from the 12 Gage to the 37mm to the OC Pepper Blast. Lamperd Less Lethal Receives Multiple New Orders for Interlocking Riot Shields and Introduces New Extraction Shield at Police Requests

Advanced Protection from Violent or Medically Unstable Persons, Solving Problems with Older Shield Types

via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and security agencies worldwide, has been receiving new orders for the company's Interlocking Riot Shields from multiple police departments in the United States. Additionally, the company was requested by police officials to design a new Extraction Shield incorporating features that will solve problems with older models in use which often result in serious injuries for the officers using them.

In response, the Lamperd research and development team has designed a new Extraction Shield, ideally shaped and sized in clear polycarbonate for use in transferring violent or medically unstable persons in tight spaces. The Lamperd Extraction Shield is also equipped with padded handles that can pivot and flex in response to pressure so as to avoid the situations with existing shields in use which have been causing broken ribs and other serious injuries. This new product will protect police or other emergency response personnel form impact injuries and bodily fluid contamination while doing transfers to and from vehicles, small rooms or other places where larger shields are not practical.

The new Lamperd Extraction Shield is ready for commercial introduction at this time and available in any quantities needed. Photos, demonstration videos and more detailed information for all the Lamperd shield products may be reviewed on the company website at this direct link: lamperdlesslethal.com. Regarding Lamperd's advanced shield product line, CEO Barry Lamperd stated, "We are very concerned about preventing injuries to emergency responders in the many dangerous situations they face. I am pleased that orders for our proven Interlocking Riot Shields have been increasing and also looking forward to getting our new Extraction Shields out into use as soon as possible to everyone who needs them."

Lamperd is currently conducting training courses for law enforcement officers in the United States, Canada or any NATO country. These courses are administered by Lamperd's VP of Training, Ed Bogats, Jr., PhD, who is highly qualified and experienced in the field of law enforcement training. Recently the company has conducted training for US police officers from multiple departments in seven different states. A series of new photos and videos from these training courses, which included focus on the proper use of Lamperd protective shields, can be viewed on the company website here: lamperdlesslethal.com.

Lamperd Less Lethal Announces ATF Approvals for Importation of Firearms, Ammunition and Implements of War to the United States

Police Training Courses Continue to Fill to Capacity and Product Line Expanding Including a new 37mm Tear Gas Breaching Round

SARNIA, Ontario, Nov. 13, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via NEWMEDIAWIRE -- Lamperd Less Lethal, Inc. (OTC PINK: LLLI), an innovation leader and manufacturer of advanced security solutions for law enforcement, military and security agencies worldwide, has just received notification from the U.S. Department of Justice, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives that formal approval has been granted to import many of Lamperd's most important products into the United States, effective immediately. The specific approval was for an Application and Permit for Importation of Firearms, Ammunition and Implements of War (OMB No. 1140-0005).

The approval process was a long and meticulous route, started in 2017, which was sponsored and guided to successful completion by one of Lamperd's most important distributors, American Reserve Munitions (www.americanreservemunitions.com) headed by ARM's President Mike Bailey. Lamperd products were granted this approval largely because we were able to furnish extensive research data and reports from accredited institutions to fully validate the high quality, consistency, reliability and safety of our products. With the ATF importation approvals granted, Lamperd Less Lethal is in a position to supply some of the most advanced and valuable security products to the very large marketplace of the United States for the benefit of all its many law enforcement, military, corrections and other peace keeping forces.

We are also pleased to report that new product orders continue to be booked, including increasing orders for our proven Interlocking Riot Shields from police departments in the United States. One reason for these rising orders is the training program we have begun this year under the administration of our VP of Training, Chief Ed Bogats, Jr., PhD who is based in Pittsburgh, PA. These training courses are being filled to capacity by police officers, because of the high level of instruction and certification that we can provide. Attendees are also very interested in getting hands-on experience with many of the latest Lamperd products which offer advanced features not available from any other company. This training program is effectively allowing Lamperd to introduce its extensive product line to the United States in a way we have not done before and with the new ATF approvals just granted, law enforcement agencies can order Lamperd products to be shipped to them at any time. We have just completed a course for police on October 27th in Elizabeth, PA and we are preparing for another on November 16th in Royal Oak, MI. Full details can be seen on the company website here: lamperdlesslethal.com.

Further, our research and development programs are continuing to produce new products in direct response to expressed desires from the law enforcement community. The Extraction Shield we recently introduced is an example of this effort. The newest product we are delivering is a 37mm Tear Gas Breaching Round which has been specially designed to break through tempered glass in a way that will allow only the CS Tear Gas contents of the round to emerge on the opposite side without any harmful debris. The Lamperd 37mm Tear Gas Breaching Round will meet a need that is currently unfilled in police armories and we will be demonstrating it in our training programs beginning immediately. More information on this latest product can be found on the Lamperd website here: lamperdlesslethal.com.

Additionally, we are continuing with the sale of some of our products for humane domestic animal and wildlife control and also addressing the ongoing issue of providing protection for the general public from active shooters in schools or other public places. One related issue we would like to clarify is the mention we made earlier in the year about the possibility of setting up a Lamperd production facility for our Pepper Blast product in the United States. Now that ATF approval has been granted to import Lamperd products directly into the United States, we have determined that it will not be necessary to incur the expense of opening another plant. For additional details and information on all of the programs and projects that Lamperd is engaged in we recommend that all investors review the previous news announcements we have made this year and our website at www.lamperdlesslethal.com. We will also be bringing out new announcements soon including a progress update on the major joint marketing program being prepared with our Middle East partner company Gokser Makine Sanayi.
