Mr. Brent Charleton reports

ENWAVE SIGNS RESEARCH AND DEVELOPMENT LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH MOOREPARK TECHNOLOGY LIMITED AND RECEIVES PURCHASE ORDER FOR REV MACHINERY

EnWave Corp. has signed a research and development licence agreement with Moorepark Technology Ltd. (MTL). MTL has also committed to purchasing a 10-kilowatt radiant energy vacuum (REV) dehydration machine to be used at its pilot plant in Cork, Ireland.

Under the agreement, MTL will use the REV machinery for research and development purposes to market EnWave's REV technology to key stakeholders in the Irish food manufacturing industry seeking to develop innovative, premium food products. The pilot plant facility will effectively serve as a proving ground for prospective future royalty partners of EnWave to evaluate the merits of REV technology. The installation of a pilot-scale REV machine at MTL's pilot plant will increase the visibility of EnWave's technology to potential new royalty partners and will serve as a location for product trials, early-stage commercial validation and technology demonstrations.

EnWave staff will collaborate closely with MTL's team to showcase REV technology to potential new royalty partners on a project-to-project basis.

About EnWave Corp.

EnWave, a Vancouver-based advanced technology company, has developed REV -- an innovative, proprietary method for the precise dehydration of organic materials. EnWave has further developed patent-pending methods for uniformly drying and decontaminating cannabis through the use of REV technology, shortening the time from harvest to marketable cannabis products.

ENW ... I had forgotten about this deadline. A SH poster reminded me. 6 days to go. It would be huge in terms of machine revenue but more importantly in terms of future royalty revenue if Bonduelle commits.

ENW news ... NutraDried aiming high

EnWave Announces Production Capacity Expansion at NutraDried Food Company

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Oct. 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnWave Corporation (TSX-V:ENW | FSE:E4U) (“EnWave,” or the "Company”) today announced that NutraDried Food Company LLC (“NutraDried”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of EnWave, will install a third large-scale 120kW Radiant Energy Vacuum (“REV™”) machine to expand production capacity for its rapidly growing Moon Cheese® snack product line.

Moon Cheese® is currently sold in over 25,000 points of distribution in North America including premier retailers such as Starbucks, Costco, Whole Foods, Publix, Target, and Wegmans. The brand has also recently gained distribution at HEB, ShopRite, Sprouts, and Raley’s. Moon Cheese is in the midst of a major brand re-launch reflecting world-class new packaging, new varieties (Garlickin’ Parmesan and Cheddar Bacon Me Crazy), and new sizes. The re-launch has been enthusiastically received by retail partners and will be supported by significant investments in sales and marketing. NutraDried revenue has more than doubled in each of the past two years and aggressive growth rates are expected to continue.

EnWave’s Board of Directors has approved a capital investment budget of up to CA $8.0 MM for the Company to construct a new 120kW nutraREV® machine and to outfit the NutraDried manufacturing facility to allow for robust commercial growth. The capital expansion will include upgrades to improve productivity and will allow for the potential installation of two more nutraREV® processing lines. This investment in the purpose-built commercial infrastructure today will allow for up to a total of five nutraREV® machines to be commissioned to address commercial growth. At the completion of the initial expansion NutraDried will have three large-scale nutraREV® machines in commercial production.

With over $20 million of cash on hand, EnWave has ample capital available to support and optimize the investment. The increased manufacturing capacity will enable continued distribution and velocity growth of the Moon Cheese® brand.

Gatekeeper Receives C$6.3M Contract to Supply NTSB Compliant Digital Video Recorders on SEPTA's Trains

Abbotsford, British Columbia--(Newsfile Corp. - October 9, 2019) - Gatekeeper Systems Inc. (TSXV: GSI) (OTC: GKPRF) (FSE: 1GK) ("Gatekeeper" or the "Company"), a leading provider of high definition video surveillance systems developed to protect people in transit, is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Gatekeeper Systems USA Inc., located in Bristol, PA, has been contracted by Southeastern Pennsylvania Transit Authority ("SEPTA") to supply and install digital video recorders (DVRs) on SEPTA vehicles and trains in a contract valued at approximately C$6.3 million.

The DVRs will include crash hardened memory modules for recording video evidence and will comply with the recommendations made by the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB). The NTSB has investigated numerous rail transit incidents and has recommended the installation of inward and outward facing audio and image recorders and has identified them as being critical to improve operational safety and aiding in accident investigations. Delivery of the equipment is scheduled for Spring of 2020.

SEPTA is the sixth largest public transportation system in the U.S., providing over 300 million annual passenger rides for nearly 4 million people in Philadelphia on approximately 3,000 vehicles and trains. SEPTA is actively using video evidence as protection against fraudulent claims and has installed more than 27,000 video cameras on vehicles and in stations.

Doug Dyment, President and CEO commented, "Gatekeeper is focused on developing video-based solutions that are designed to protect people in transit. This contract award demonstrates our ability to design solutions that comply with NTSB's recommendations. We believe that all transit trains and buses should be equipped with video and event recording devices to improve safety and aid in accident investigations, in the same way black boxes are used in the airline industry."
