Yes I do.

The Fund I work for owns it too. It is our largest position. Best risk/reward opportunity I've seen in years.

I spoke with COV management and insiders are backing the deal. They will buy whatever is left if not enough demand.

It feels like this is the bottom and the PP's terms are really attractive. Of course, it's not good for current shareholders that can't buy it.

COV.v: I'm still holding a core position of free shares and might be adding down here if an opportunity to free-up more funds arises.

Unfortunately, their inventory and timing of orders on their middle east contracts did get completely messed-up; but their US sales are growing nicely and their "Development and consulting" revenue being over $750k the past three quarters show that someone has a serious interest in their coating technology.

If you look at the history of financing here, you'll see this management team has opportunistically financed the company shortly before significant corporate developments.....I wouldn't be surprised to see history repeat itself.

GRB: Good luck Ron and Peterdrilling. I sold all my GRB except a few thousand shares, including some down here right near the bottom. It feels great, it's liberating.

GRB could announce a Montalva signing tomorrow for double the anticipated plant and I couldn’t care less. I’ll be out so fast, no time for this high maintenance holding and it’s stories.

Hi 31. Curious why you well sell with sage coming in soon I anticipate. Not so confident with Montalva myself.

Hello Peter,

I had to add the last part about clarifying my intentions because I pumped the crop out of GRB here in the kitchen and I didn't want to mislead where I stood today. I like GRB's 50% x Sage very much, to me it's the best part about GRB. Regarding Montalva, Ron knows way more about solar than I ever will. It's just that the customer is PREPA and the territory is Puerto Rico.

..two gong shows and then you add in GRB's track record to that mix? And that's why I sold.

IPA is hosting a tour of its world class therapeutic antibodies lab in Victoria on Wed August 14 for shareholders. The event will be hosted by CEO Dr Jennifer Bath. It starts at 2:00 pm followed by a social event at 4:00. More information and RSVP details here:

A six minute YouTube interview:

IPA is in the doghouse, I get it. I was pissed off at it too after buying into the $1 pp. I sold it all but I've re-entered because operationally good things ARE happening.

immunoprecise.com

New IPA sub Talem is cool because IPA isn't going to be just a fee for services contractor (CRO). Talem's role as I understand it will be to collaborate with pharmaceutical and biotechs, and take some form of ownership interest (royalties?) in discovery projects. I'm hearing there is a lot of interest flowing into the co. It makes sense. A lousy analogy is like IPA providing the shovels to miners; except they are the ones that know how to use the shovels and it ain't anything like shovels.

There's been a lot of news recently on artificial intelligence. I know that IPA has been working on AI for some time. I don't know much more than that. They won't be expecting this, they may not want to say much; but It'll be an opportunity to see sneak in some questions on AI, anyway.
