I posted this on the microcap kitchen site as well

DECN news

finance.yahoo.com

Sounds like things continue to move in their favor. If they can prove that they can sell the strips at a profit, the share price should increase accordingly.

The Harlem Globetrotters...really? Berman is to press releases as Trump is to twitter. Neither should be allowed within 100 miles of the other.

This was the funniest one yet.

Finally, a PR that is not a ridiculous hyperbolic diatribe. They must have taken the crayons away from Berman.

finance.yahoo.com

While this may be just another attempt to pump the stock before another failed earnings release, I do not know. However, I do like the matter of fact business tone throughout this PR. There are a few pieces of new info within. Still have serious doubts about management but have always believed they had a real product that could sell very well if given the right environment, and management.

Curious if anyone here (all 3 of us) uses Ameritrade. If so, please check the current market cap. I am showing $17.7 M which would indicate 241,500,000 shares outstanding at the current price of .0733. If that is correct, the dilution is much worse than I thought.

I can't believe you're still holding this thing, Amigo.

I'm a bonehead, but at least I don't own any decn.

I hope otherwise you're well.

Ksuave...you are no bonehead and I consider you a "suave" and astute investor. This has been entertainment for me over the last 6 or 7 years, sad to say. I have absolutely zero faith in Berman and his guard dogs to do the right thing and am hoping there is a management change. In a perfect world, a reputable company buys DECN, forces Berman out and actually markets and sells the product. I know, a novel idea. In the meantime, we should get another dismal "unaudited" report this week.

Hope all is good with you as well, Ksuave.

Tom, I think following DECN is a drug. You'll feel better if you kick it.
