Looking for a solid long term Dividend payer (Monthly / Quarterly)

XLU getting a beating
I've been averaging down on XLU. It pays around 3%. I can't understand why it is heading down so much but the lower it goes, the better the buy! :)

I was also averaging down on XLE, but cashed it in. It pays around 4.5%.

Ground Zero drives me nuts! While I was taking profits on XLE, he was buying! Of course, I sold a little too early!

I am also into PFF (preferred). It pays around 4.6%. I plan to average down if it corrects.

I think that our very corrupt federal government will do everything it can to keep interest rates low, despite the fact that they are currently heading higher.

Someone asked me but I can't provide an answer, does anyone know of a site that gives free real time SP futures quotes without having to open a futures trading account for a trading platform?

I use this link but the one who asked doesn't want to pay the high cost for real time quotes...

barchart.com

TIA

One can try these, I do not use them though, I use my broker Tastyworks.

Its easy enough to open a tastyworks act for all the futures quotes as well. The creators of Think or Swim over on TD started tastyworks.

liveindex.org

Thanks for the info, it's not for me...

Someone asked me and didn't want to ask on the open forum, so I decided to ask...

Will take a look and will also give the info to the guy...

Many thanks!!!

I actually already did suggest he open a small futures account just to have the trading real time platform...

Why would this be anything more just than another buying opportunity...

They all looks pretty much the same and this current one seems just like all the others...

This is a one year continuation chart, this is the 9th buying opportunity within 12 months...

We'll see, but it sure looks the same as all the previous pull backs right now...

The only difference is that this bottom was lower than the previous low, so maybe that's the difference and could signify something more than the typical buying opportunity...

My hunch is this market will resolve higher just like all the previous pull backs...

But, we'll see very soon...
