I thought that it would be off topic if i brought it up but here goes. Is anyone actively mining Crypto? And, non of that cloud mining stuff. The real " i have to pay for electricity because i have a 20 GPU mining rig" Stuff.

I am looking to get into mining. Anyone with good information on how to get a cheap rig with a quick path to profit up and running. When i say cheap i mean $2500.

Why now? Don't you think it you might be too late to the party with so many others with huge headstarts

There are only 2.5 million Bitcoin remaining unmined, according to data, resulting in a shift of power from miners to investors. With 18,5 million Bitcoin in circulation already, there are fewer than 2.5 million Bitcoin remaining to be mined, out of the 21 million to be issued overall.

Know little about mining, except the CPU is of little importance and most miner rigs use 6 to 8 GPUs.

I could probably ignore the electricity costs of one miner, but it's still an expense whether taken into consideration or not. Everything really depends on bitcoin price.

Comment:

I always have 2 computers and 2 vehicles and the new replaces the old.

But, there's always a backup machine.
