Hi Steve. Best to you. Microcaps are rife with risk. I view the recent legal 'investigation' as meaningless, but I guess one can't say for sure. That firm is known for putting out tons of similar PRs, and the few I've seen don't seem to be anything more than a design to manipulate the stock price by producing fear. PYDS went up fairly quickly, and I sold some also, but it is reporting numbers that put it ahead of the vast majority of OTCs, so I am still watching it..if they really do make it to a higher exchange we may see another move upward.

Good to see this in the NT filing today, as confirmation. Looking forward to hearing from the interim CEO soon:

<<It is expected that for the three and six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company will report that its revenue increased and cost and operating expenses decreased compared to those for the comparable period in 2014. It is expected that for the six months ended June 30, 2015, the Company will report that its loss from operations decreased and net loss decreased compared to those for the comparable period in 2014, and that for the three months ended June 30, 2015, the Company will report an operating gain and net gain compared to losses reported for the comparable period in 2014.>>

Ted,

That is good to see. It sounds like the improvements will be coming from the money for the software upgrades that were due this past quarter that allowed them to put off any additional financing for the time being.

All this makes me wonder if Raefield was pushed out with all the bad news tied to him and the new guy gets to operate with a different company going forward.

I was looking at the insider trading over the past 8 months and lots of shares were bought at 8 cents. Makes me wonder if some significant parts of the government business got pushed out further or if Raefield was not being realistic with his guidance and reports to the board. I lean towards the former scenario. I don't think anyone saw the share price dipping under 2 cents a share but that is what you get when investors go running for the hills.

It will be interesting to see what happens with the share price. If Viscount can get some significant insider buys here, with this new news, we might be able to regain a good part of the losses for the year to date.

maybe we'll get a clearer picture soon. The new website design is a recent plus, and now this report -- if the company plays their cards right they can return to levels of a year ago and more, but they need to focus on the bottom line before anything else IMO. The software license and also the decision to re-invigorate their legacy line are 2 other positives toward that end. I'm ready to look forward and put the past behind us, and if things go our way (cross fingers) I think the market will do the same. At current price levels with a few good pieces of news this could attract some attention as it could appeal to a lot of people on several different levels (value, growth, big contract potential, etc..).

is 'net gain' implying a profit? I just realized it may only be saying things improved, ie a 'gain', although typically that would mean a profit.

Ted,

I thought that a profit could be a possibility this past quarter especially since they said they would not need to raise money immediately. In the very least, they should have been cash flow positive.

I too was expecting a pretty decent quarter. I was just re-thinking my assumption about what 'net gain' means...we'll know soon enough. Conf call on Friday.

Ted,

First CC for the new CEO. I might be able to make the CC this time. Will have to see if the timing works out for me. Hopefully, he can get things back on track and give an honest assessment of revenues and profitability that is positive.

Hi Neal, just thought I'd commisserate with you about IMSC. Your post was dead on on IHUB. I oscillate between thinking I 'should' get out because of the tough road to profits that they have and staying in simply because the increase in revenues and the TSA delivery both being close enough that sentiment might change in the near term. No real good reason to think that except that perhaps it will entice some new investors. Bottom line is the pricing appears to be signficantly lower than investors had hoped based on the backlog as of June 30 applying to roughly 1600 units announced but not delivered as of June 30. They may fudge on their numbers which could throw off the calcs though..wouldn't put it past them. Anyway, between them and VSYS it's been a bad several years as I kept believing and investing in each for short term moves that never happened, each followed by significant price falls on dissappointment, which left me overweighted and hoping against the evidence. In each case I kept thinking "surely it can't get much worse", yet it did.

sold `1/3 of IMSC at .66 before the volume really kicked in today, and bought another risky play that has way way less debt and a tiny market cap, yet big potential(maybe)...PRSN.
